WeakViewer is hosted on https://sourceforge.net/projects/weakviewer/files/ . Some binaries are prepared for your convenience. You can select from:
- Windows .exe installer (JAVA JRE is included)
- Ubuntu .deb package( JAVA JRE is included too)
- .jar file which you can run by yourself like this:
java -cp WeakViewer.jar WeakViewer/APP/App
Of course you can download also a source code from the sourceforge.
